I is help translate complex concepts into clear, usable strategies that parents can realistically apply in their homes, without guilt, shame, or unrealistic expectations.

I am deeply invested in the well-being of children and their families. My goal is to help parents feel capable, supported, and confident in the deeply challenging and deeply important work of raising human beings. My hope is to create spaces where families can move forward with clarity, compassion, and hope.
